We want you to love what you receive. Here's how returns work.

Non-personalised items: Return or exchange within 30 days, unworn and in original condition, for a refund or replacement.

Personalised and engraved items: Because these are custom-made with your names, dates, or words, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or for typos in what was submitted at checkout. Please double-check your engraving before ordering.

Damaged or defective items: If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or engraved incorrectly on our end, we'll replace it 100% free. 

Email contact@rclub.store within 30 days with a photo and we'll sort it straight away.
